On why Google Answers failed: "Google never told us why they were closing up shop"... "The service was poorly promoted, and just couldn't build the type of traffic it needed..."
On working for Google Answers: "Hands down, the best job in the world"
On Google Answers vs Yahoo Answers: "The only similarity between the two is in their names. Otherwise, there's no comparison..."
On Free vs Fee Research Services: "Saying that 'no one will pay for research' when there are free services around is silly...That's what they said about cable TV and bottled water...They're dead wrong".
On the future of fee-based research: "XooxleAnswers can step in to fill the void, and a lot of other former Google Answers researchers are gearing up as well".
