Wavago Adds Click-to-Call, Global Online Presence, and Advanced Social Networking

Wavago continues to expand its lead with the most communications, information and entertainment features assembled in one product. Wavago has just added support for click-to-call, global online presence, and enhanced social networking features. Wavago features include high quality Voice-Over-IP, Instant Messaging (supporting Yahoo, MSN, AOL, ICQ, Google and Skype*), SMS-text messaging, file transfers/sharing, news, sports, weather, stock feeds, an advanced internet and travel searching facility, podcast reader/player, and a full featured multi-media player.

With Wavago's new click-to-call, both business and consumer users can add their WavID link to their websites, email signatures, product listings, weblogs, or wherever they wish to publish information, and interested users can simply click and automatically initiate a call through Wavago. This, combined with global online status availability, will allow users to dynamically display their current status within these click-to-call links.

In this release, Wavago also announces many enhancements to its social networking features. Users can now manage their profiles from within the Wavago client, adding as much information about themselves as they wish others view and search on, including adding interest tags. Wavago users now have extended search capabilities for searching for contacts based on their profile information, which displays their presence status, and their public profile information. Users can now even originate calls, IM's or ‘send a wave' (a short message) to other users that are online from within the search. Wavago users can now also send offline messages to their contacts that are currently offline.
