Vendio(TM) Enhances Dealio(TM) Comparison Shopping Toolbar

Version 1.4 enhances Dealio's novel automated search functionality to cover virtually all product categories, including apparel, home & garden, computers, toys, jewelry, and much more. In addition, Dealio now helps consumers automatically find great deals while they search on more top sites that include a broader range of products. These new sites include Barnes and Noble, Froogle and Netflix, further ensuring that Dealio users will be alerted to the best deals available for literally any online purchase.
Automated searches save consumers' time by simplifying comparison shopping. When a user views a specific product page at an online store, price comparison site, or manufacturer site, Dealio automatically detects the product, performs a search, and alerts the user to the lowest prices on the Web for that item. Clicking on the toolbar alert opens a sidebar next to the existing browser window, eliminating the need for another browser. The sidebar provides consumers with the item's price at alternative sites, complete with tax and shipping costs to their ZIP code, ensuring consumers get the best deals available.

- Automatic Keyword Pre-fill on Manual Searches: Dealio intelligently detects when you do a product-related search on search engines like Google or Yahoo, and pre-fills your search terms in the Dealio toolbar. Simply hit the Search Dealio button when it flashes to search Dealio using the same terms.
- Most Comprehensive Search Results: Whether via automatic or manual search, Dealio now scours more than 100,000 online merchants' product inventories covering well over 30 million different products, in under a second.
- Improved Search Relevancy: Dealio's search algorithms are now more efficient and more targeted, delivering only results for the product or phrase searched for. Other shopping search engines include dozens or hundreds of peripherally related items such as batteries, carrying cases, and other accessories in product searches, which can be both misleading and confusing. Dealio dramatically reduces the frequency of such "tangential" search results. In addition, Dealio now provides more links to refine or expand searches to help you find the greatest deals online.
The Dealio Toolbar is free to consumers and quick and easy to install and use. After downloading and integrating the Dealio Toolbar into your browser, the user sees only the Dealio logo added to the navigation bar near the top of the their browser during normal browsing, unlike other toolbars that require additional space.
