Vebio Launches Online Invoicing Service For Contractors, Freelance Professionals, and Small Business Owners

Vebio, LLC (www.vebio.com) today announced the launch of its online invoicing service for contractors, freelance professionals, and small business owners. Vebio's service simplifies the invoicing process for the SOHO (small-office, home-office) professional by automating the creation, preparation, and delivery of periodic invoices. Following a successful 60-day beta period with several hundred trial users, Vebio is making its service widely available today.

"Vebio was founded to address the needs of the independent professional," said Anthony Wu, Vebio's founder and CEO, himself a former chief financial officer and independent consultant. "Today's accounting systems and software packages are too complex for individuals who need to send out invoices on a regular basis but don't have a full-time accounting staff to rely upon. These individuals end up calculating and preparing their invoices manually. The result is unprofessional formatting, irregular billing cycles, or worse--billing errors. Vebio was designed to address this need."

Using Vebio, members enter or upload client charges using a simple, web-based interface, and at the click of a button can instantly generate a properly formatted PDF invoice that they can email to clients directly from their Vebio account. Vebio members can also set up recurring invoices to be automatically generated and delivered to clients on dates and intervals they specify. Members' historical invoicing data--along with all relevant tracking information such as date printed, date sent, paid/unpaid, etc.--is stored within their Vebio account and accessible anywhere they have an Internet connection.

Vebio's service is available under three paid subscription-based membership levels. Free membership is also available to individuals that invoice three or fewer clients. Paid memberships offer higher limits and additional benefits including import/export capabilities and multi-user accounts.
