US LEC CORP. to Broadcast Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 2005 Conference Call Live on the Internet
19 February 2006 US LEC Corp. (Nasdaq: CLEC), a full-service provider of IP, data and voice solutions to businesses and enterprise organizations throughout the Eastern United States, today announced it will provide an online Web simulcast and rebroadcast of its fourth quarter and fiscal 2005 conference call on Thursday, February 23, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time.
The live broadcast will be available online at http://www.uslec.com and http://www.fulldisclosure.com. To listen to the live call, please go to the web site at least fifteen minutes early to register, download, and install any necessary audio software. For those who cannot listen to the live broadcast, a telephone replay will be available shortly after the call through the close of business on February 28, 2006 and a replay via web cast will be available through March 23, 2006.
