The Carpenter's Church Launches New Dynamic Internet Portal Utilizing Streaming Media

For over three years, Anderson's Carpenter's Church provides a casual atmosphere, upbeat worship and amazing relevant Christian messages with a unique blend of humor, powerful storytelling and real life illustrations that goes outside the box.
Online-visitors will not only find information about the dynamic contemporary church, they can listen to refreshing podcasts, view video samples of the entertaining and thought-provoking services, send in their prayer requests, engage in laughter with a series of cartoons, read from news feeds from all over the world, or send electronic postcards to friends.
"In today’s Internet-surfing and iPod-listening culture, many people want to be connected to their church during the day." said Tim Gautreaux, Senior pastor of the Carpenter's Church. "This one-stop portal of resources will not only provide audio and video from our services, it will provide important information for members and church seekers, it will enhance communications between the visitors and the church."
Future plans for the web site is to integrate information on the upcoming full-time child development center.

The Carpenter’s Church is an independent, non-denominational church and is located on twenty acres on the 28 Bypass in Anderson, South Carolina. Regular service times are Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm. and Sunday mornings at 10:00 am. Young adults meet every Sunday night at 6:00 pm for a time of passionate worship and relevant teaching. Senior Pastor Tim Gautreaux, who served in ministry for over 15 years, holds a degree in counseling and is a member of the AACC (American Association of Christian Counselors).
