8 February 2006 Telecom Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TCOM - News) the Total Solutions Provider, announced today that its subsidiary, Alpha Century Holdings Limited (Alpha), plans to open an office in Beijing, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Hunan and Chongqing in March.
