Prime Time Group Inc. 'PRTH' Announces New Gaming License With MGN Technologies
20 December 2006 Prime Time Group Inc. (PINK SHEETS: PRTH) (the "Company") announced today that it has signed a license agreement with MGN Technologies Inc. doing business as Mobile Gaming Now to provide online sweepstakes and gaming as well as to use its expertise in online marketing for Prime Time Group Inc.'s carrier, content and accessory divisions.
Prime Time Group Inc. (Robinson Wireless) is a 10 year old company specializing in mobile products, accessories and media. It has marketing agreements in place to operate Virgin Mobile Mini-Stores in select markets including Western Canada. Prime Time Group Inc., is also entering into agreements to distribute Virgin Mobile products in the United States and Internationally.

Mobile Gaming Now has developed a proprietary mobile platform and offers an online and mobile sweepstakes marketing system. The program features sweepstakes as a marketing tool to create new promotion and entry websites as well as a mobile phone entry form. Consumers can enter online or on a mobile phone.

Mobile Gaming is an enormous market globally. Since its inception in 1997, this industry was valued at $65 million in 2000. It is now worth more than $2.6 billion globally according to technology research firm eMarketer. This amount is expected to grow to $11.2 billion by 2010.
Jensen said Mobile Now expects to have full function sweepstakes games and search engine marketing systems in January 2007. In addition to a focus on the internet e-commerce store, Mobile Gaming Now will direct traffic towards the local marketing of Prime Time Group's Brands. "We definitely want to focus on local marketing for the stores to drive foot traffic to the retail locations. The internet is becoming a great local marketing tool", says Jensen.
