Million Dollar Homepage Reaches Goal; Founder Thanks Sitelutions

Sitelutions, a subsidiary of InfoRelay Online Systems, Inc., and leading provider of low-cost Domain Name Registration, Web Hosting, and free :RL Redirection, DNS and Dynamic DNS services, was selected in September of 2005 to host The Million Dollar Homepage, a website developed by 21-year-old Alex Tew. Mr. Tew's main goal behind creating this website, accessible at www.milliondollarhomepage.com, was to raise the money necessary to pay for his college education by selling advertising space in blocks of 100 pixels. By December 31, 2005, Tew had sold 999,000 of his one million available pixels at one dollar each. On January 1, 2006, Tew announced a 10 day e-bay auction to sell the remaining 1,000 pixel block.

Sitelutions has hosted The Million Dollar Homepage since September, 23, 2005. At that time, Mr. Tew's site had grossed approximately $108,000. Since Sitelutions has hosted the site, Mr. Tew's site has received up to 16 million hits per day, 500,000 unique visitors per day, and has utilized up to 200 megabits per second of Internet bandwidth.
