MGN Technologies, Inc. Reaches Internet Marketing Goals for the First Quarter of 2006
15 April 2006 MGN Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: MGNLF), doingbusiness as Mobile Gaming Now (the "Company"), has announced its searchengine marketing program has reached key milestones in its first 90 days ofoperation.
Mobile Gaming Now began its search engine marketing program in January of2006. The Company expected to generate nearly 540,000 page hits in Marchand reached 557,292. The Internet marketing has generated nearly a millionpage hits since its launch. The hits have generated 17,062 unique visitorsin March, an increase of nearly 210% from the previous month. The Companyreports nearly 26,000 unique visitors have been to its sites in the firstquarter. The Company also reports it has registered 1,099 new players inthe first quarter. It registered 500 new players January and February andnearly 600 new players in March.
"We set a clear goal to be generating new registrations from visitors tothe site and gain control over the process," said Mark Jensen, CEO of MGNTechnologies. Jensen said the marketing is producing a marketing responserate of 2.6% to its marketing. "This early in the game, a 2.6% responserate is terrific. We're converting 4.2% of visitors to registered players.Internet marketing is something that grows over time and it's difficult toget started. We're very pleased with our early marketing results," saidMark Jensen, CEO of MGN Technologies.
Mobile Gaming Now launched its play-for-free site at www.mgnpoker.net inJanuary of 2006. The Company launched two new gaming sites in February andMarch. It operates its play-for-prizes site at www.mgnpoker.biz. Thecompany derives revenue from game purchases, club membership and productsales. The Company's gambling site is located at www.mgnpoker.com. TheCompany receives a commission on each hand dealt called a rake. TheCompany only accepts bets from residents outside of the United States.
Jensen said its next goal is to start converting the traffic into payingmembers. "With the early success of the Internet marketing, the focus ofthe second quarter is on building revenue streams in our gaming sites."
Jensen said the Company anticipates converting 5% of registered players topaying players at either the play-for-prizes site or the play-for-moneysite. Each new paying player represents a lifetime value of $600 inrevenue. "Twenty-five paying players represent approximately $15,000 inimmediate revenue potential to the Company," Jensen said.
Mobile Gaming Now hired the search engine marketing services of SouthgateSEO from Scottsdale, Arizona. Southgate SEO is the sister company ofSearchtoppers.com LLC, an Arizona-based search engine optimization company.Searchtoppers has had tremendous success in a variety of industries withits search engine marketing services.
Mobile Gaming Now offers a variety of casino games for the PC and mobilephones. It's featured game is multi-player Texas Holdem'.
