MCI Receives INTERNET TELEPHONY(R) Magazine's Product of the Year Award for 2005 and Diamond I Featured in E-CommerceTimes.com

Verizon (NYSE: VZ), the second-largest U.S. telephone company, is buying the country's No. 2 long-distance provider to gain access to Ashburn-based MCI's corporate clients and a 98,000-mile network for delivering Internet access in 140 countries. Diamond I, Inc. (OTC BB:DMOI), a developer of wireless gaming products, recently advised that it was featured in the December 11, 2005, edition of E-CommerceTimes.com (circulation over 1.5 million).
