IVI Communications Signs Letter Of Intent to Acquire Futura, Inc

IVI Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVCM) (German WKN# A0DNWJ) announced today that they have signed a letter of intent to acquire Arkansas based Internet Service Provider, Futura, Inc. The transaction was arranged by Stanton, Walker & Company, a New York-based consulting firm retained by the Company.
Futura, Inc is a locally owned and operated Internet Service Provider servicing Jacksonville, Arkansas since 1995. It offers many Internet services including DSL and two-way satellite, but it concentrates its efforts on dialup access that is available in over 3,000 cities nationwide.
