FirstGov.gov's improved service now groups the most relevant links by topic, displayed in an easy-to-navigate way. Need information on credit reports? Just type "credit reports" in the search box and you'll receive results that you can trust ranging from how to obtain a free report to how to dispute credit report errors, as well as related categories of information such as identity theft. This new feature groups thousands of search results into categories to help you better locate the government information you need.

In addition, this new search engine technology returns results from other unique sources including government podcasts, FirstGov.gov's database of Frequently Asked Questions and other official government sources. This feature lets you find what you're looking for more quickly and efficiently.

Another new highlight is a "preview" feature that lets you check out the suggested link and decide if it's helpful without leaving FirstGov.gov's search results page. So whether you're trying to learn how you can file a change of address or obtain your birth certificate, FirstGov.gov now makes finding this information easier.
