EarthLink to Announce Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2006 Earnings and Investment Community Meeting

EarthLink (Nasdaq: ELNK) today announced it will host a conference call on Tuesday, February 6, 2007, at 8:30 a.m. EST to discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2006 financial results. The earnings press release will be issued at 7:00 a.m. EST.

EarthLink's chief financial officer Kevin Dotts and interim chief executive officer Mike Lunsford will lead the call.

Investment community meeting

EarthLink's and HELIO's executive teams will also host a half-day meeting with the investment community on May 9, 2007 in New York, New York. The purpose of this meeting is to present and discuss an updated view of our strategic growth initiatives which include Municipal Wifi networks, Voice, and our wireless joint-venture Helio as well as EarthLink's existing access operations.
