DAVE.TV(TM) Officially Launches IPTV Internet Broadcasting Service and DAVE.TV Media Center Software
8 January 2006 DAVE.TV™, a global IPTV digital
entertainment distribution network, today announces the official launch of
its revolutionary DAVE.TV Internet broadcasting service and release of its
DAVE.TV Media Center (DMC™) software, now available for download at
www.dave.tv. DAVE.TV (Distributed Audio Video Entertainment Television) is
the first Cross Platform Digital Delivery Ecosystem that consolidates
channels of video entertainment from sources around the world into a
comprehensive service that delivers them to the PC, TV, portable and mobile
devices. DAVE.TV also develops IPTV platforms for service providers such as
Telcos, CLECs, MSOs and ISPs. DAVE.TV will be exhibiting at the Consumer
Electronics Show (CES) being held in Las Vegas January 5-8, 2006 where

Built on a proprietary Peer-to-Peer (P2P) grid architecture, the DAVE.TV
service delivers compelling digital entertainment, including movies, TV
shows, documentaries, music videos, songs and more, efficient and
cost-effectively to multiple platforms. Best of all, a significant amount
of DAVE.TV's content will be offered free to the public in an ad-supported
model giving consumers a legal alternative to get their digital content.

As part of its Digital Delivery Ecosystem Service, DAVE.TV delivers media
content to the PC via the free DAVE Media Center (DMC™) software and to
the TV via its XPORT™ Set-Top Box (STB). Content can then be delivered
to portable or mobile devices by connecting directly to a DMC-powered PC or
XPORT STB. The DMC is an intuitive and easy-to-use PC application allowing
consumers to personalize how-what-where-when they want their digital
entertainment delivered including videos, music, movies, photographs and
much more. The XPORT STB is the only complete, cost efficient, high
performance IP media receiver capable of high definition video that sits on
the TV to deliver DAVE.TV content to the TV. The DMC and XPORT can
communicate with each other in a Digital Home network whereby videos, music
and songs can be streamed over the network from a DMC-powered PC and played
on the TV with an XPORT STB or vice versa creating a true Digital Home
environment.
DAVE.TV through its Content Self Publishing System also offers tremendous
opportunities to media-makers and content owners through the ability to
broadcast their content to consumers worldwide simultaneously. The system
provides creative publishing with unlimited opportunities to reach new
audiences. With DAVE.TV's Cross Platform Digital Deliver Ecosystem, content
owners also only have to publish their content and enter metadata info once
and DAVE.TV will propagate it to multiple platforms including TV, PC,
