Creatus Branding appoints Malena Lott as Creative Director
20 December 2006 Creatus Branding & Marketing Syndicate is pleased to announce the appointment of Malena Lott as creative director.
Her specialties include marketing, brand strategy, copy writing, communications and advertising management. She comes to Creatus Branding with a distinguished portfolio, having been in the advertising/mass communications industry developing brand awareness in various markets for over 15 years.
She has won numerous advertising and writing awards including Addys, PRSA Awards and two Mainstream Novel awards. An accomplished writer, journalism graduate and McMahon scholar from the University of Oklahoma, she has spoken at national conferences on marketing and communications. Her first novel, "The Stork Reality," was published by Dorchester in June 2006.
Lott is active in her community and recently founded The Athena Institute, a personal and professional growth company for women and businesses. She is also a board member of the American Lung Association and is active in tobacco usage prevention and cessation.
Lott has held many key positions in advertising, including Chief Brand Officer at Phase 2 Interactive, Co-Owner and Creative Director of BrainWorks Advertising, Marketing Director at American Floral Services, Marketing Communications Director at Logix Communications and Marketing Coordinator at Dobson Communications. She currently holds the position of the Communications Chair for the Oklahoma City chapter of the American Advertising Federation.
