Atlantis Holding Corp Announces Start of Eagle Automotive Group Operations in Las Vegas, Nevada

Atlantis Holding Corp (Pink Sheets: AHDG) is pleased to announce that our wholly owned subsidiary, Eagle Automotive Group has expanded operations by forming a partnership with Dealer Service Group of Nevada to provide automotive aftermarket products to many of the automotive dealerships in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada.

Atlantis Holding Corp completed the acquisition of Eagle Automotive in late 2006, and since then Eagle Automotive has set up a national distribution system for automotive aftermarket products. Some of these aftermarket parts include premium wheel and tire upgrades, custom lighting kits, body kits, interior accessories, etc. which will be offered for sale as upgrades to the standard factory provided equipment.

Eagle also works closely with American Sales & Marketing, another subsidiary of Atlantis Holding Corp, to promote these automotive aftermarket products to the major automotive supply stores and warehouses, such as Sears, Auto Zone, CSK Auto, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Advance Auto Parts, Car Quest, Parts Plus, Costco and Wal-Mart, etc. Eagle also plans to sell these products direct to the consumer through an internet website business portal that will be developed in the near future, as well as through a "kiosk-based" point of purchase system.
