Action Products International Sets Sales Goals

Action Products International, Inc. (NASDAQ:APII - News), a leading toy designer and manufacturer of educational and positive, non-violent branded toys for pre-school children through pre-teens, announced that the company sales goal is yearly sales growth of 15-20%. "Our strategy for the past several years has been focused on creating the foundation for growth by establishing a sound corporate structure and building our management team. We are now prepared for the future and are turning more of our attention to our strategic goals of accelerating our growth, enhancing profitability and increasing market share," said Ron Kaplan, CEO.

In addition, the company reported that recent exercising of the $3.00 warrants has increased the total number of shares outstanding to approximately 5,000,000 shares and the float is estimated at nearly 3,000,000 shares. This has provided greater liquidity. Several institutions have raised their positions in the last several months, as reported on Yahoo Finance.

Action Products annual meeting is scheduled for 10:00 A.M., June 29 at the company's headquarters. Brokers, money managers, analysts, and investors are encouraged to attend. The company will be showing some of the new products to be introduced later this year and in 2006.
